What a funny couple of days we have had. Luckily tomorrow will return to normal.
Thank you to everyone who came to the concert last night, to perform and watch. The growth over the year among the entire school truly showed and it was wonderful. Thank you again. All of the kids hard work sure is paying off.
Tomorrow we have our word wall quiz. The words are below, will you please help me study tonight?

Yesterday and today we watched The Little Mermaid. We are going to see it at the Story Book Theatre next week. It was good to see and understand the story before we go. Then, when we come back from the theatre, we will be making comparisons between the movie and the play version.
Today we also leaned about the life cycle of bees. We learned that they have 4 stages:
1.Egg - stay here for 3 days
2.Larva - start to really grow and get fed 1300 times a day for 6 days
3.Pupa - after 6 days a cacoon is spun and a bee is starting to form inside
4.Adult - bees emerge after about 10 days, a future queen bee emerges after 6 days
