To practice our word wall words today we played hangman with a partner.
Ms. Cokar was with us again today. We did some brainstorming on being healthy and did a journal entry on our ideas.
With Mrs. Nelson's Grade 1s, we broke into small groups to rehearse and present a poem. Take a look at the photos below. There are some groups that will present tomorrow, but the ones that went today were well done!
This afternoon we completed our graphing unit. Now we will be starting place value for addition and subtraction.
Reminders:
-Rock hunt: gather a small bag of rocks of different shapes and sizes. They will be needed by Friday to do an activity with our social studies unit.
